Jin-Wook Chang

Jin-Wook Chang is a PhD candidate in economics at Yale University. His research interests lie at the intersection of financial economics, macroeconomics, and economic theory.  His job market paper combines general equilibrium theory with network theory to study how initial shocks propagate through a network of counterparties in a collateralized debt market, and how counterparties borrow and lend when they account for this contagion channel. At Yale, Jin-Wook works under the supervision of John Geanakoplos and Zhen Huo at the economics department, and Andrew Metrick at the finance department.
