Research Assistants
Productivity in US Healthcare
Seeking an undergraduate research assistant to lead initial investigations into data sources that can be used to measure productivity in the US Healthcare industry over a long time horizon (50+ years). A key challenge will be determining which data sources represent reliable and consistent measurement over so long a time period, and which contain information on both inputs and outputs. Comparisons across OECD countries will also be considered.
Requisite Skills and Qualifications
The well-qualified student will be organized, analytical, thorough, and interested in learning more about health economics. Familiarity with Stata is a plus.
