Dates: Oct. 1, Nov. 19, and Dec. 3 —
Time: 4:10-5:30 pm —
Location: SOM, Zhang Auditorium, Evans Hall

The Arthur M. Okun Public Policy Lectures will feature former treasury secretary Timothy Geithner this year. The lectures will take place from 4:10 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on October 1, November 19, and December 3 at the Yale School of Management, Evans Hall, 165 Whitney Avenue. This year the arrangement is not for a single lecture, but rather three lectures that are framed by a course on Global Financial Crisis co-taught by Andrew Metrick (SOM) and Timothy Geithner this term.

There has been tremendous interest in these lectures, and open registration for the first lecture on October 1 in Zhang Auditorium is full though you can still register for the wait list and attend the lecture in an over-flow room by logging on the Yale School of Management website: http://event-reg.som.yale.edu/signup/Financial-Crisis-Lecture-1. However, a limited number of seats have been set aside for the Economics Department faculty and graduate students. Contact Bonnie Blake, 30 Hillhouse, Room 10, for more information or a reservation: bonnie.blake@yale.edu.
