Ryota Iijima and Yusuke Narita to Join Economics Department
Ryota Iijima and Yusuke Narita have been appointed assistant professors effective fall 2017.
Iijima received his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo, and is completing his Ph.D. from Harvard, where he studies microeconomic theory, game theory, decision theory, information economics, and networks.
Narita is completing his Ph.D. from MIT and is interested in labor economics, market design, microeconomics theory, and applied econometrics. He completed his M.A. at the University of Tokyo.
Before stepping into their faculty roles, both Iijima and Narita will serve one year as postdoctoral fellows at the Cowles Foundation starting this fall.
