Entrepreneurship and Careers
The rate at which individuals are entering entrepreneurship and demonstrating an interest in entrepreneurship continues to climb. This has led researchers to focus on different facets of the entrepreneurial process, such as understanding who becomes an entrepreneur, where they locate their firm and the resources they receive. I am working on several studies around understanding the career aspect of entrepreneurship: who becomes an entrepreneur and how does entrepreneurship experience affect an individual’s career trajectory. This project will give the research assistant exposure to data and knowledge on this broad topic.
