Evictions and the Rental Market

This project studies how rental market regulation and eviction regulation affect the rental market. In particular, we aim to study how housing regulation affects the price and quantity of rental market housing and the number of evictions.

Requisite Skills and Qualifications:

The student researcher will help build databases, conduct analysis, and summarize results. The work will consist of quantitative research and data analysis as well as qualitative research on the institutional details surrounding changes in eviction policy.
