Alistair Pyle is a student for the M.A. International Development Economics (IDE) programme at Yale. He holds a BCom and BCom Honours (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Alistair has previously interned at FTI Consulting advising on current health legislation dynamics and worked as a research assistant at Stellenbosch University investigating gender economics. His main research interests include climate, education and behavioural economics.

He also runs a blog focusing on the intersection between climate change and economics in South Africa.
