Artem Fakhretdinov

Artem Fakhretdinov is an M.A. candidate at Yale's International and Development Economics program, having graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics (Honors). His academic interests are focused on Russia and the Post-Soviet space, with a particular focus on development policy and applied economics. Artem has research experience in both academic and professional settings, where he looked at labour specialisation in the Russian Empire, cinema networks in the USSR, as well as trade dynamics and sanction effects in modern Russia.
