Qizhen (Judith) Zhao is a first year IDE student. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Washington University in St.Louis. Her research interests include institutional change reform in developing countries and gender disparities in educational access. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, watercolor painting, and traveling.
