I conduct research on topics in labor, personnel, and organizational economics. My research has been recently discussed by Raghuram Rajan, Times of India, and Marginal Revolution. As I continue to grow professionally, I am increasingly focused on realigning my career toward my passion for organizational economics, labor economics, and personnel economics. I am particularly interested in studying how organizations can better align talent management practices with labor market outcomes, ensuring greater equity in access to opportunities and promoting upward mobility for underrepresented groups.
