Yucen Wei

Yucen Wei is an IDE student at Yale University. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a B.A. degree and two majors in mathematics and economics. She received Dean’s List recognition for four consecutive semesters due to her good academic standing. In her junior year, she joined the study abroad program, which was jointly administered by the London School of Economics (LSE) and UW—Madison, with the Mary and Wilbert DuPont Fund Scholarship. During her time in London, she studied at LSE for a year, focusing on advanced economic courses and topics such as poverty traps, trade, energy, and the environment. Her research interests encompass environmental economics, development economics, and behavioral economics.
