Islamul Haque is a development economist with an interest in the economics of climate change adaptation in developing countries. Haque's current research is focused on understanding the frictions that limit climate change adaptation in developing countries, designing solutions to address these challenges and generating evidence on their effectiveness and scaling complexities. Haque received a PhD in economics from University of Southern California and is currently a postdoctoral associate at Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE).
