Joel Flynn is a macroeconomist and economic theorist interested in business cycles and mechanism design. He graduated from MIT with a Ph.D. in Economics in June 2023. He is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at the Cowles Foundation at Yale University. In July 2024, Flynn will start as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Yale University.
