Proposal Description:

This project deals with the development of the legal form of enterprise in Spain in the period 1817-2000.  The Tobin fellow will help with several different facets of this research. We have several large databases and the student will help to clean and organize these datasets using Stata. The project also requires consideration of a large number of laws and regulations issued over these two centuries, and the student will help organize PDFs of this and related material. Because of this latter task, it is critical that the student have an excellent reading knowledge of Spanish.

Requisite Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in STATA.
