AI Extraction of Personality from Faces: Labor and Credit Market Implications

This project will build on recent advances in AI which allow for the extraction of Big Five personality traits from pictures of individuals. We will explore the ability of personality and facial characteristics to predict educational and career outcomes, as well as financial behavior and credit outcomes. RAs should be prepared to work on this project as well as potential other projects related to behavioral economics and finance.
