Inequality and Patient Evaluations
This project aims to understand patient evaluations in a healthcare setting. Data on almost 1M evaluations has been collected on patient information and healthcare visits. The central research question relates to the relationship between provider demographics and patient demographics in the evaluation of care received. There will also be a portion of a related project that will use AI to understand evaluations and careers.
Requisite Skills and Qualifications:
Two positions are available, so please let me know which your skills fit best under:
- Research assistance is sought to clean data that has already been collected for this project and to collect new data under Prof. Botelho’s guidance, literature review, and other tasks that may arise related to this project.
- RA should have a strong interest in working with data, have taken at least two semesters of econometrics or statistics. Proficiency in Python is preferred.
