Comparing COVID-19 Restriction Databases

The project involves writing code to compare data across databases documenting the restrictions imposed on society during the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenge is that each database has its own unique lexigraphy, format and coding. When conflicts across databases arise, you will occasionally need to conduct a web search to determine which database has the correct entry. In some cases it may be necessary to call a county or state health department for information.
